The Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, located in Morrilton, Arkansas is now accepting applications for its second annual Film Forum. Actors, directors, producers, technicians, and students are invited to attend the four-day event, which is comprised of intensive workshops with film-industry insiders. These intensive, sequential workshops will cover acting, directing, screenwriting, and the power of imagination. The forum will also feature panel discussions and one-on-one interviews on the business of film, comedic acting, film scoring, and film criticism among other topics.
Attendees of this year’s forum will include Hollywood director Howard Deutch, best known for directing Pretty in Pink and Some Kind of Wonderful, screenwriter and Sundance faculty member Tom Schulman, pioneering television director and Sundance faculty member Joan Darling, three-time Emmy nominee and acting professor Robert Walden, legendary Hollywood acting coach Sandra Seacat, and Hollywood actor Judge Reinhold.
