Film Review: Bullet To The Head

Review by: Mut “Jason Momoa Luvin” Asheru

You want action? Okay, then you want Sylvester Stallone’s latest offering BULLET TO THE HEAD. Excuse me while I fan myself. This action-packed-bullets-n-more-bullets film directed by Walter Hill is a fiesta of fun.  BULLET TO THE HEAD is a shining example of graphic novel adaptation done right. Based on a French graphic novel, Jimmy Bobo (Sylvester Stallone) and Taylor Kwon (Sung Kang) form an unlikely pair as hitman and goodcop who get together to..what else?…kick some arse. Stallone is quite spry for his age and it shows as he holds his own against the younger Kang and Momoa. I must say Momoa grows on me more and more. He’s good at rest but awesome in motion. Sung Kang turns in a good performance. I wish they would have written the character just a tad bit tougher and quicker in wit but hey a Korean-American actors gotta eat.  So for what was written I’ll give the man an A.

*note – oh and by the way Kang is super-duper hot. I’ll get off his jock now but I could just sop him up wit a biscuit*
